A very special event indeed! We'll try 6 wines: two sparkling, two still red wines, and two fortified wines (Port & Madeira). The chocolate is equally special, and includes two desserts, chocolate from Belgium and Switzerland, along with specially selected Belgian truffles imported for this event. This is more a social event than a class, so come enjoy the food, the wine, and the company. |
